Monitoring, Evaluation & Research Manager

Monitoring, Evaluation and Research is a core Unit within in Restless Development, which works closely with all the programmes and provides internal management tools. As we begin to roll out our new strategy we are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced MER Manager to lead the development of an MER Unit in line with the strategic direction of the organisation.

The MER Manager (based in Delhi ) will ensure the quality implementation of Restless Development India’s Strategic Plan and ensure that evaluation and other findings are fed back into Restless Development India’s Management for Impact system to ensure continual refinement and improvement of our programmes to maximise impact.

The MER Manager will develop maintain a learning environment throughout the organisation and work to build the capacity of Restless Development India’s Management. The MER Manager will be able to link research with global developments and will feed the outcomes into our advocacy and publicity.
