Consultancy - Development of a REFLECT Facilitators Manual

In Restless Development Sierra Leone we are setting up REFLECT Circles/Saving Groups of young women, developing the livelihoods opportunities for young women, raising awareness on SGBV in schools, communities and among duty bearers and key community stakeholders and building the capacity of local organizations. As part of this, we are looking for a consultant to develop a REFLECT facilitators manual. The manual will be used as curriculum of weekly subjects for REFLECT Circles in Freetown’s urban slum communities. Using numeracy and literacy as a core component, the manual will facilitate participation of young women and girls on issues of livelihoods, sexual and reproductive health and sexual and genderbased violence. The objective of the project within which the REFLECT Manual will be used is awareness and reduction of SGBV in slum communities. We are looking for a passionate individual with relevant experience in education, gender and development with a track record of curriculum development to develop this manual for us on a consultancy basis.
