Regional Logistics Manager - Construction Techniques

Job description 
With the goal to increase the Construction Techniques MEN customer center efficiency, we are looking for a Regional Logistic Manager with the mission to build the dedicated BA logistic with the strongest customer centric focus;- Increase and maximize customer satisfaction.-Optimize the overall service based on customers’ needs.-Optimize Inventory Management.- Optimize and improve overall internal flows from order processing to invoicing then physical delivery of spares. equipment together with other colleagues.-Optimize the Order Management functions and the physical warehouse processes-Optimize the Inbound transport and Import administrative processes and the Outbound transport and shipping processes-Optimize Logistics operations of the regional warehouses.-Develop and lead a team of logistics professionals.-Create a pleasant and inspiring working environment, and maximize effectiveness in the team.-Maximize service levels to our customers and minimize supply chain costs.-Meet the growing demands from customers.-Initiate improvement projects (process improvements, quality improvements, etc.) when and where necessary. -Ensure an optimal and transparent cost (allocation) structure.-Facilitate and enable the change process of the present independent logistic organizations into one strong common organization, which will act as a service provider for all logistic activities of the Construction Techniques customer centers.

Mission 
Your mission will be to transform today’s logistics organizations in the different Customer Centers into Business Area dedicated teams with one common logistics mission for the Construction Technique BA. The new organization aims to optimize customer focus and loyalty while increasing efficiency and reducing overall costs. You will identify and develop logistic synergies and opportunities across different countries of the regionYou will have the overall responsibility for the logistics operations for Construction Techniques starting from the Saudi logistic reorganization / efficiency improvement.The starting point of action will be Saudi Customer Center Construction Techniques Operations.In this position you will be responsible of all CR Logistic MeN and dedicated teams.

Experience requirements 
-Minimum 7 years of solid experience in Logistics and all Logistic related processes (operational, administrative, and analytical) -Logistic management experience with proven coaching skills-A good understanding of The Way We Do Things.

Knowledge 
-Sound knowledge of different IT tools in general.-Excellent knowledge on international and national shipping processes.-Knowledge of national tax rules and customs procedures is a plus.-Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic is a plus.

Educational requirements 
-University degree in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply Chain Management
