GLOBAL HR DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

As a global HR consultant, you will be able to make a significant impact on the COWI organisation by working directly on business-oriented projects with our senior vice presidents and vice presidents. You will join Global HR Projects and have HR colleagues in all COWI regions.
Global HR Development Consultant
With reference to the Head of HR Projects, your focus will be on projects that aim at strengthening and further developing our core HR services. Moreover, you will participate in cross-functional projects within COWI's business support. Global HR Project undertakes strategy and process development as well as practical execution of initiatives that are designed for and target the global COWI organisation.
Your knowledge
- You have an academic background, preferably with focus on organisational development and/or business management, and two to four years of relevant experience, e.g. from a management consultancy company.
- It is vital that you are customer-focused and have an aptitude for business understanding.
- You are familiar with the development of business cases and you have proven your ability to work with global processes.
- You build trust, deliver results and add real value to the business.
- You understand the value in building relations across the entire COWI Group.
- You have great English skills (oral and written).
Your personality
- You have a high working capacity and you can deliver quality results under pressure.
- You have the ability to see the big picture and at the same time deliver projects on time.
- You work proactively and independently and you are problem-oriented and have analytical skills.
- You can work and interact at all organisational levels.
