The role This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Assoicate Helpdesk Analyst to work closely with our other specialists to provide technical support to end users on a variety of issues. This position will help identify, research and resolve technical problems utlizing effective tracking and monitoring systems to ensure timely resolutions.
The successful candidate will require a minimum of 1 year of commercial experience in a technical support role, preferably in a multinational organization, you will:
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone and electronically
  • Follow standard help desk procedures and protocols
  • Maintain relevant information in the SMEC helpdesk application
  • Prepare guidelines and documentation in relation to the identification and resolution of application support issues.
As a team player with a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change.
Suitable applicants will have/be:
  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in a related field
  • 1 or more years' of related experience
  • Strong time management skills, work ethic and customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including fluency in written and spoken English
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules between 5am and 10pm
