Job Summary

Cardno ATC is seeking a full time Staff Hygienist to work in our Brecksville, OH office.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
> Field data collection and survey's, as well as reporting for asbestos, lead-based paint , radon testing, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) projects
> Work under the guidance and direction of an experienced project manager who is responsible for the execution of industrial hygiene and safety projects including occupational exposure assessments, regulatory compliance audits, Health and Safety (H&S) program development and implementation, technical report and proposal preparation
> The position will require climbing, lifting, bending, use of hand tools, and working in unoccupied spaces

Other Requirements
Basic qualifications:
> A.S. or B.S. in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health and Safety Management, Environmental Health, or other closely related technical scientific discipline
> Two (2) to four (4) years of professional work experience, preferably in testing and consulting
> Current Asbestos Building Inspector (AHES) certification required with current Ohio-ODH issued License
> Additional licensing (lead-based paint, radon, mold) and/or eligibility in OH and in other states are of considerable value to candidate's qualification
> HAZWOPER (40 hour hazardous waste site worker) is a plus
> Knowledge and experience in field data and survey collection methods, reporting, and regulatory compliance
> Experience performing Phase I ESA's and conducting environmental compliance training as support is a plus
> Must possess outstanding analytical, communication, and writing skills
> Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
