Job Description

Job Purpose
To design and deliver tactical, through the line communications in order to meet agreed commercial objectives.
Job Dimensions
- Manage the IAG Cargo global loyalty programme
Principal Accountabilities
- Loyalty scheme management - ensure customer targets are set; recruitment and retention targets are met; enrolment and redemption process monitored and performance reported monthly
- Development and exploitation of agreed segmentation models
- Supports global regions in generation of email campaign data briefs
- Delivers Emergency email communications (as required)
- Supports Loyalty fulfilment communications (e.g. delivers monthly statements)
- Builds and implements new email campaign programmes including trigger communications with the ESP and creative agency
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to deliver IAG Cargo commercial objectives
- Identify potential opportunities with the commercial teams to exploit and develop marketing solutions
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring their engagement and involvement in campaign development
- Brief and manage agencies to deliver tactical campaigns that meet commercial and marketing objectives, budget, brand guidelines and time constraints. Involve international teams in campaign development to ensure appropriateness for local markets
- Manage external agency relationships on a project basis
- Provide marketing direction and support for regional marketing executives with adhoc tactical campaigns in response to market or commercial changes
- Drive internal awareness of marketing activity particularly with key stakeholders
- Ensure post campaign analysis is completed for any tactical campaigns and learnings are taken to inform future activity

Essential Qualifications
- Educated to graduate level or equivalent and/or equivalent experience
Experience
- Proven experience in dealing with creative agencies is essential
- Proven project and campaign manager with evidence of strong delivery against targets
- Proven B2B marketing communications experience
- Knowledge of all ATL/BTL media/communications functions, the role of production and relative timelines for putting messages in the market
Expertise
- Database marketing
- Customer segmentation
- Good knowledge of data analysis and modelling techniques
- Use of TCRM, SAS, SQL &/or business objects desirable
- Marketing communications experience
- Relationship Marketing experience
- Knowledge of the logistics industry
Please Note:
- The role is within a small, dynamic, dedicated team with global scope working directly with commercial teams and creative agencies in the global airfreight industry
- Regular travel worldwide is a necessary part of this role
- Some flexibility in working hours can be offered
