Job Summary

​We are currently seeking a bright and conscientious Junior Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to our Cardno Geotech Solutions Business Unit based in the Newcastle area.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Data entry
  • Timesheet entry and management
  • Reception duties including answering phone calls and greeting clients
  • Filing, photocopying & scanning
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Banking and running errands 

Other Requirements

  • ​Minimum one year of administrative experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Professional presentation and a calm demeanor
  • Someone who can work as part of a team, but who does not require a high level of supervision
