Job Summary
We are currently seeking a bright and conscientious Junior Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to our Cardno Geotech Solutions Business Unit based in the Newcastle area.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Timesheet entry and management
- Reception duties including answering phone calls and greeting clients
- Filing, photocopying & scanning
- Ad hoc administration
- Banking and running errands
Other Requirements
- Minimum one year of administrative experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Word skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to deal with people at all levels
- Professional presentation and a calm demeanor
- Someone who can work as part of a team, but who does not require a high level of supervision
