Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s)
The Edinburg Center is seeking creative In Home Behavior Analysts who enjoy thinking out of the box while working with youth and their families to treat challenging behaviors that interfere with the youth's successful daily functioning. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, designing positive behavior support plans with individualized behavioral goals, implementing and monitoring behavior support plans in family homes and working closely with the child's team.
Minimum Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and MA in Applied Behavior Analysis or human service-related field with at least two years of experience conducting functional behavior assessments for youth 21 yrs and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges, designing positive behavior support plans based on the assessment, and training parents/caregivers to implement plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis. Valid MA driver's license and car required to serve Metro-West Boston area.
