Change Alliance is an exciting new organisation, established as a fully owned subsidiary of Christian Aid. Built on the expertise and reputation of Christian Aid, its purpose is to provide a range of technical management services to Christian Aid and the wider sector.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in financial accounting, with substantial experience of managing the financial and administrative systems requirements for institutional donors. You should have sound, substantial knowledge and skill for supporting the financial and administrative requirements for partnership, both with donors and NGOs, as well as experience in providing capacity-building support to partners for strengthening their financial systems. You should be familiar and competent with computerised accounting software (such as Tally 9/ ERP). You should have familiarity with tools for analysis of financial data that can be used to support the programme team and its partnerships. Having a command of the English language and working knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages would be an advantage.
