HR Administrator - South Korea
The role
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing HR support to Sandvik companies within Region South Korea and is based in Brisbane. As a centralized function, the HR Services provides a common approach to processes and supports the PeopleSoft HRMS to ensure Global and local consistency throughout the region. The HR Administrator liaises closely with external providers and internally with HR Advisors and Managers and supports all Sandvik Employees, irrespective of location or company.
Key performance areas
- Adhere to all policies & procedures especially the EHS policies
- Execution of tasks within set timeframes and according to the Service Level Agreement.
- Accuracy of output documents
- Creativity and Flexibility – Knowledge of successful approaches for dealing with opportunities and changes, ability to apply it to different situations
- Provide assistance with specific HR projects when required
- Maintain organizational structure, including staff movement through recruitment, transfers and terminations.
Your profile
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience or relevant service centre environment experience desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of Korean culture and language
- Basic understanding of Korean employment law desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
- Proficient in PeopleSoft HRMS or similar HR Database system desirable.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience is beneficial.
