Membership Sales Manager

Aspria is an international collection of unique private members’ clubs for culture, business, sport and well-being.  There are currently three clubs in Brussels delivering exceptional service and expertise. One theme underpins everything we do: a passion to help people be the best they can be.
Aspria La Rasante has an opening for a Membership Sales Manager.
Function
Reporting directly into the General Manager, this position is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated sales person with a strong management track record.
You will lead a team of membership sales consultants in exceeding monthly sales targets.
You will also closely work with the operations and marketing teams in order to create and execute an integrated membership sales plan.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for exceeding targets of memberships and revenues by: 
  • Leading, coaching and managing the membership sales team (currently 5 people)
  • Defining monthly targets with each team member and manage their performance on a daily basis
  • Leading by example by delivering personal sales targets following standard processes and procedures
  • Reporting results and underlying KPIs
  • Playing an active part in the operation of the Club as a Duty Manager,
  • Actively participating as part of a senior club management team.
Profile
  • Higher education
  • Previous success in a sales and sales management position
  • Languages: FR/UK. Dutch/other languages are an asset
  • Exposure to service industry and interest in sports a definite plus
