SME Banking Junior Consultant
PlaNet Finance China (PFC) is the representative office in Beijing of the international NGO, PlaNet Finance. PFC is dedicated to poverty alleviation through the development of the Chinese microfinance industry. It provides technical assistance and consulting services to the microfinance and banking sector and engages in microfinance plus projects with a focus on issues such as rural development, healthcare, renewable energy, and job training.
About the Job:
PFC is seeking a SME Banking Junior Consultant. S/he will be responsible for providing institutions with the technical advisory required to successfully scale their operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advisory to banks and MFIs;
- Conduct trainings, risk assesments, and establish and develop microcredit operations for banks and MFIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field;
- About 1 - 2 years of work experience;
- Chinese fluency and strong English ability;
- Willingess to travel and to work in different types of environments within China;
- Interest in poverty alleviation and the development of China's microfinance industry;
- Strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, sense of responsibility, and willingness to work independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel software.
