Communications and Events Internship
Founded in 1904, the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) brings together leading national motoring organisations from 141 countries worldwide and is the governing body for world motor sport. The FIA Region I office, based in Brussels, is a consumer body representing 111 Motoring and Touring Clubs and their 38 million members from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Duration: 3 months (agreement with the university necessary)

The role:
The tasks would be mainly focus on communications and events support, working together with the Head of Communications and Event Manager.
Tasks would include but not be strictly limited to:
- Draft / publish articles on the website
- Support the development of new websites
- Support administrative tasks
- Proofreading
- Layout/design of documentation
- Press monitoring
- 360° event support
- Inventory of materials
- Photo galleries and video creation
- Support social media accounts
Profile:
University student seeking work experience in Brussels within an international team. Qualities required include a high level of English both written and spoken, creativity, a fast learner and good analytical skills. The ideal candidate is organised, with an ability to prioritise time-sensitive assignments and an eye for detail.
