Annual Giving and Alumni Relations Officer

Grade 6: Salary £25,854 - £30,870 with a discretionary range to £33,734 p.a.

We are seeking to recruit an Annual Giving and Alumni Relations Officer who join the Alumni Relations Office (ARO) at the Saïd Business School and will work under the direction of the Saïd Business School’s Director of Development and the school’s Head of Alumni Relations.

The primary objectives for the postholder are to successfully continue to implement and maintain the annual Class Pledge; oversee the new Alumni Annual Fund (AAF) in conjunction with the Director of Development, which is designed to help the school develop over the next decades by financially supporting alumni activities, student scholarships and overall school development, and convene the AAF committee at regular intervals; oversee the school’s annual fundraising telethon; oversee all student and alumni giving communications to internal and external stakeholders; design and implement the ARO’s professional development event series; manage the budgets associated with all student and alumni giving with oversight from the Director of Development and Head of Alumni Relations; and oversee the ARO elements of the annual student treks.

This is a busy job that requires some travel and flexible work hours, but would be extremely interesting and rewarding for the right person.
