Grade 7: Salary £29,099 - £35,788 p.a.

Do you have significant experience of providing excellent reader services? Would you like the opportunity to manage service provision in one of Oxford’s busiest lending and reference libraries? We are seeking an adaptable individual with a strong reader-centred approach, to manage and develop our front-line services delivered to over 9,000 students and researchers. If you are a qualified librarian who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with experience of supervising and motivating staff, we would like to hear from you.

You would be in charge of the Reader Services team (15 members of staff); would manage all issue desk services and shelving (approx 265,000 circulation transactions p.a.); and would field a wide range of enquiries.
