Job Purpose To plan the most efficient and economical Flight Crew Rosters for the specific roster period within the GCAA regulatory and company guidelines. The meet the airlines objective to legally cover all the flying with qualified flight crew, line training assignment, leave allocation for all flight crew. Responsibilities You will be responsible to: Create and maintain a level of confidence to accurately administer all aspects of producing legal rosters to achieve quality/robustness/cost effective solutions while respecting the complexities of the GCAA rules and regulations. Understanding of FRMS / SAFE / SMS objectives and definition, how these will affect the roster build for compliance Responsible and accountable for identifying safety risks in accordance with risk assessment process, and ensure that adequate risk mitigation steps are appropriately in place to ascertain safety within the workplace Using both AIMS and CRS (Roster Optimizer) to its full potential to achieve optimum rosters respecting regulatory rules, FRSM values, operational stability, quality Responsible for leave allocation, and on goingmanagement of leave balances Provide first level support to colleagues and management Feedback to management and crew control Requirements High School diploma/university degree; 4 to 6 years experience in relevant Airline crew scheduling/planning. In addition to above; you are required to have the following: Airline crew scheduling systems. Cival Aviaition regulations (JAR-Ops, CAR- OPS) Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills High computer literacy
