High-end Infrastructure Solutions Sales (Telco&Utilities/Banking)

Senior, high level Infrastructure Solutions Sales Specialist. Capable of driving Opportunity Identification to generate significant Power&Storage systems sales.

- Strong sector, market place, competitive knowledge with firm understanding of Customer business challenges
- Deep knowledge of power / high end servers solutions with direct relevance to Telco&Utilities / Banking Sectors
- Capable of spanning Infrastructure Solution plays across Services, Software and Hardware
- Understanding of relevant third party solutions and capability to integrate and partner
- Strong leadership skills and team-working ability

- Knowledge of IBM Power or Storage systems areas and offerings
- Develops and maintains knowledge to address customer business issues (which may include client, industry or technology related pressures) with solutions that resolve customer issues
- Works in a collaborative fashion with client teams and partners
- Develop and maintain relevant skills
- Leads the sale with the key decision leader/customer
- Develops and maintains business relationships at CXO level
- Understands customer needs and crafts a business or infrastructure solution
- Knowledge and experience in integrated solutions; complex solution sales engagements
- Strong Industry Knowledge
- Good Negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to take a consultative approach
- Strong Market awareness
- Builds client relationships
- Proven track record in delivering strong business results, achieving targets and meeting objectives
- Contract negotiation

- Can coach and mentor other professionals
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years experience in High-end servers sales
  • At least 2 years experience in selling IT solutions in Large Enterprise accounts
  • English: Fluent
  • Romanian: Fluent
