Leading Strategy Specialist (Sector IC Stratey)

Drive clear and consistent strategic approaches of the Sector and for the assigned divisions

o Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence

o Identification of key strategic challenges

o Initiation and leading / supporting strategy projects

o Support of Top Management Meetings

o General Strategic Tasks (support of yearly planning / business target agreements)

o Master Strategic Methodologies (as center of competence)

o Keeping contact with the respective global Headquarters

The Senior Analyst will work in a team and report directly to the IC ST head and work directly with the Sector’s Senior Management.

Requirements are

o Higher education (university) of either

§ > 4 yrs in engineering, physics, applied mathematics, preferably amended by MBA / economics, or

§ > 4 yrs in economics or business administration, preferably with technical background

o Excellent analytical skills, good communicator & networker in non-hierarchical environment,
business understanding in Siemens relevant markets, project management, self motivated, reliable

o Fluent English, Russian and at least basic knowledge of GERMAN

o At least 5 years of relevant working experience with either

§ a major client (RZD, MRSK, FSK, NIIHAS, Airport operators, City of Moscow)

§ a major consultancy

§ governance body
