The Centre for Actuarial Science (CARe) invites applications for this tenure-track post as part of a dynamic and growing team of demographers for appointment as soon as possible.

This is a key position within one of the premier demographic teaching and research programmes in Africa. The programme is interdisciplinary, and combines research and teaching from a number of departments across the University. The Centre has built up internationally-recognised expertise in the modelling of the demographic dynamics of HIV/AIDS, as well as in the estimation of demographic parameters from limited or defective data.
