Job mission

To provide financial administrative support to the lease management area

KPA duties

Task Complexity:

Financial administration
Track rental payments
Track property rental payments against contractual obligations
•Create lease requisitions on Oracle
•Create lease purchase orders on Oracle
•Circulate and track rental invoices and communicate payment dates
•Collate monthly property management report
•In consultation with the Financial management department attend to financial reports and or provisions, rental escalations and terminations
Client Liaison
Financial administration support for the leasing department and all departments clients
