Rebuild Warranty Administrator United States-Nevada
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will continue to develop and utilize the Cortez component rebuild/warranty program. Ensure the proper handling of rebuild components to include, identification, shipment, quotations, proper rebuild and return, along with tracking for any possible warranty considerations. Review and provide recommendations on quotations for rebuild. Liaise with supply chain, maintenance and vendors to expedite prompt service and negotiate settlement of warranty claims. Develop/produce monthly reports to communicate rebuild and warranty claim status. Provide quality work in the Maintenance Department that can be used to optimize maintenance strategies. Other duties as assigned.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
• Excellent safety and attendance record required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Positive and enthusiastic team member, seeking to assist and support others when possible required Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Demonstrated ability to work with key vendors and OEM representatives required
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a maintenance environment preferred
• Previous experience with: Discovery – report writing, Oracle, Xeras (or similar Zero-based budgeting tool), CMMS, accounts payable preferred
• Experience with MS Office suite preferred
