Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of global CPG (Cummins Power Generation) DAOP (Distributor Annual Operating Plan) process
• Ownership of CPG factory scorecard process
• Preparation of quarterly scorecards for all distributors on the African continent
• Measurement of effectiveness of performance management processes and tools and development of recommendations for continuous improvement based on input from distributors and factory staff
• Continued development of CPG Enablers, which capture best practices from global CPG distributors
• Ongoing training on CPG performance-management tools and rollout of improvements across the distribution network, and to CPG factory staff globally.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Business or Engineering
• MBA from an international institution would be advantageous
• Extensive knowledge of engineering
• Six Sigma Green Belt background
• Excellent command of English.
