Job Description

  • The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of proven success in a sales management role in a technology trading or brokering industry.
  • Existing relationships with Regional Telecommunications companies.
  • COMESA Regional Travel to develop relationships and establish trust to close opportunities created by the sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for motivating / sustaining work ethic and holding traders accountable for performance.
  • Coach sales team to convert increasingly larger transactions and high % close rate while keeping an eye predictability of revenue generation.
  • Negotiation with international decision makers. Implement culturally appropriate negotiation tactics.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Skills Required: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Regional Travel, Well articulated communication skills: English, Hindi, Mandarin. Experience Customer Facing.

  • Skills appreciated: Experience with SalesForce CRM, Experience in Competitive Team Sports, Experience working for an American Company.
