Job Description

  • Outgoing and ambitious trader who will work in a team of 5 to develop our database of prospective clients in COMESA and all time zones east of GMT +3
  • The ideal candidate should have 2 years of phone sales experience in the technology trading or brokering industry.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and hardware equipment will be helpful but can be overcome with hard work and dedication.
  • Well articulated communication skills in English understandable to foreign audiences.
  • Coach sales team to convert increasingly larger transactions and high % close rate while keeping an eye predictability of revenue generation.
  • Skills necessary to succeed in international business: building trust, negotiation tactics and closing skills.
