The Awards and Subawards Management team within the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is responsible for ensuring that PATH complies with required federal regulations and award terms and conditions for each agreement or contract entered into by PATH. Additionally, the team acts as a resource to Project Managers and Corporate Services to support projects in accomplishing their technical objectives while ensuring adherence to donor standards.

The Awards Specialist will support the Awards and Subawards Management team in diverse administrative team needs. This position will report to the Manager, Awards and Subawards Team, Office of Sponsored Programs.

Required Skills
  • Strong administrative and technical skills;
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and Access;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level of interpersonal skills/ team player;
  • Attention to details
Required Experience

Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years of directly related experience in a non-profit organization or legal service or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience providing administrative support is strongly preferred.
