Digital Marketing Manager

SALARY: £35,800 – 38,327pa

As part of the global ActionAid family, we work with local people in 43 countries to fight poverty and injustice and to build a fair and just world where everyone can claim their human rights. We want you to bring in new supporters and income and train and advise our fundraising teams on digital marketing best practice.

You’ll oversee all digital acquisition campaigns and ensure that our digital marketing is supremely effective.

This will involve managing our suppliers to they produce the best work and using the results of market research to improve what we do. You’ll also work closely with our product marketing team to ensure our offline and online campaigns are integrated and consistent.Passionate about the world of digital, we expect you to have an impressive record of managing campaigns that generate a large and positive response.

Your knowledge of digital marketing best practice should mean you’re familiar with PPC, SEO, affiliate, display, site optimisation and analytics. You also need to be skilled at managing agencies and developing best in class digital creative. As far as more general management abilities are concerned, you have to be adept at monitoring, reporting and forecasting against plans and budgets.
