Corporate security manager
This is an exciting opportunity to lead Christian Aid’s corporate security. The post holder will have the responsibility for leading and managing staff security across the globe, enabling Christian Aid to work in some of the most high risk countries. They will be responsible for leading and strategically developing all security related issues affecting Christian Aid’s work. You will focus on developing head and country office capacities for anticipating, countering and, as necessary, responding to security threats globally. The post is based in London and will require up to three months travel overseas a year.
You will have considerable experience working internationally, managing staff security and analysing complex security environments. Ideally you will have experience working for an NGO or the UN and preferably a non-operational agency. You should have experience of staff management in complex organisations and an excellent understanding of humanitarian and development issues. You will have experience operating at a senior level.
