- Write, edit and layout web content;
- Identify communication opportunities to communicate with customers in a wide range of digital media;
- Advise on the practical and operational elements of making best use of emerging digital communications channels;
- Capture and document client requirements, make creative proposals, and liaise with technical colleagues to produce practical communication applications;
- Evaluate effectiveness of social media;
- Analyse social media engagement to help increase our understanding of media, customer and stakeholder views of the FC, to help decision making and improve our communications;

Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in a web and social media focused capacity in a corporate environment;
- Experienced in developing and managing processes, policies and guidance, and in training and supporting others, for online communication.
Desirable
- Working experience of corporate use, and integration, of mainstream Social media platforms - Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Wikipedia etc.
Professional & Technical Expertise
Essential
- Good understanding of web infrastructure and online best practice;
- Good understanding of social media tools and their use and benefit in a corporate environment.
Desirable
- Knowledge of new and emerging technologies and how they contribute to the communications mix;
- Good training and interpersonal skills;
- Familiar with Google Analytics and social media managememnt/monitoring software.
