MANAGER: ENGINEERING
Strategic thinker with business and commercial awareness? Some 12 years’ relevant experience with knowledge of maintenance practices, engineering design and principles, mining and plant equipment? We need you to take charge of engineering governance and commissioning of the Engineering Department. Your functions will include cost optimisation, asset availability and reliability, lifecycle management of assets and contractor management.
This high-level role demands good knowledge of project management, management of people principles and business strategy development (with 5 years’ experience at management level), good knowledge of relevant legislation and confident leadership. The minimum qualifications we require are an appropriate 4-year Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical) and a GCC certificate, while a Business Management or postgraduate qualification would serve as a recommendation.
