The Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) is an international development agency committed to supporting disadvantaged communities irrespective of gender, ethnicity or religion. Working in partnership with local organisations and communities, government agencies and other international donors and foundations, the Foundation promotes solutions for social and economic development in Central, West and South Asia, Eastern and Western Africa.  It concentrates on selected issues in health, education, rural development, the environment and the strengthening of civil society.  The AKF is part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN).

The Aga Khan Foundation, UK is recruiting a results-oriented and creative individual to support AKDN resource mobilization efforts by developing a versatile communications toolkit in support of differentiating AKDN as a partner of choice.
You will have strong IT and graphic design skills to develop a versatile and tailored communications toolkit (to include Ipad presentations, factsheets and Podcasts) covering a wide range of issues and regions.  This will be aimed at strengthening AKDN structured relationships with potential partners for programme financing.  Potential partners will include institutional and government donors, corporates and foundations, individual donors and the Ismaili community.
Working within a small, dynamic, and fast-paced office with a highly committed and driven core team, you will use your strong editing, writing and synthesis skills to effectively tailor content to context and target audiences. 

You will have professional experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) and PowerPoint to produce effective communications materials ideally within international or social development organizations.
