Consultant to develop a methodology of independent verification of the Results Based Financing (RBF) project results in Tajikistan

Qualification:

• Advanced University Degree in Public Health Financing, Economics or Social Science;
• At least 10 years of academic and practical experience working with mother and child health policies, financing and economics;
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research analysis;
• Working experience with UN/UNICEF and in CEE/CIS region;
• Excellent facilitation, analytical and report writing skills;
• Fluency in English, knowledge of the Russian language is an asset.
