Consultant to conduct bottleneck analyses of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services in Tajikistan

Qualification:
• Advanced University Degree in Public Health, Financing, Economics or Social Science;
• At least eight years of experience working with mother and child health policies, financing and economics;
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research analysis;
• Working experience with UN/UNICEF and in CEE/CIS region;
• Excellent facilitation, analytical and report writing skills;
• Fluency in English, the Russian language is an asset.
