Qualification

Advanced University degree in one of the following fields: social sciences, public administration, law, public health, nutrition, international relations, business administration or other related disciplines.

Five years of progressively responsible experience in programme formulation, planning, management, and evaluation, some of which should be in emergency programme management and operations.

Fluency in French and English.  Knowledge of the language of the duty station is desirable.
