Note: As this is a rolling recruitment exercise, please note that you are not applying for a specific start date in British Council Thailand. Your application may be held on file for up to 6 months and we will consider you for our next active recruitment exercise.   

You will work as part of a team of Instructors (teachers) teaching young learners and adults in one of our Bangkok teaching centres. 

Your role will include teaching a range of adult levels and young learners aged 5-16 years. You will be supported by Senior Instructors (Senior Teachers), and Coordinators and a Centre Manager. You will teach 21 contact teaching hours plus up to 3 hours’ cover for absent teachers per week. You will be able to participate in a teacher development programme of INSETTs and mentoring through line management.   

You will be qualified with either a Cambridge CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL and have at least 2 years’ post qualification teaching experience as well as hold an undergraduate degree.
