Key Account Manager-Diageo Reunion

Context/ScopePartner Markets and Indian Ocean is a year old formed Diageo Market Company reporting to Africa Regional Markets (ARM) and comprising of over twenty Distributor/Contract brewing markets in West and Central Africa, plus Indian Ocean countries. The Reunion Hub consits of 4 markets (Reunion, Mauritius, Mayotte and Madagascar) and represents around 10% of ARM trading profit.

Leadership Responsibilities- Proactively identify and lead improvements to the Diageo Reunion Hub & business, driven through an entrepeneurial mindset.

Purpose of Role-The purpose of the role is to drive sustainable and profitable growth in Diageo and key customers businesses year after year by working with a Joint Customer Plans to drive this growth. To ensure that each key account is managed on a one to one with the plan and commercial agreements.

Top 3 Accountabilities
-
Ensure that every year all customer commercial agreements are signed after validation by Diageo executives in a timely manner.
-Manage the promotional budget of each ley account to ensure are within the framework of the commercial agreements with the ROI.
-Implementing sales drivers in a timely manner in to deliver the monthly sales drivers.

Qualifications & Experience
-Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) ideal
-Key account, distributor and field sales management experience
-Knowledge of competitor brands and strategies.
-Successful track record in terms of market share capture, market penetration, brand buildng, customer service satisfaction and volume growth.
-English and French fluency mandatory
