Permanent Full Time and Permanent Part Time Available
Role
Working as part of a team reporting to the Team Leader, the role of the Agent is to interface with the internal and external Customers receiving and despatching the Cargo Product Portfolio. The role involves the manual handling of freight, breaking and building units in our cargo handling facilities at LHR in a safe, secure and efficient manner.

Principal Accountabilities
- Building, breaking and locating freight into the appropriate equipment assuring it meets regulatory standards
- Receipt and inspection of customers freight deliveries
- Despatch and receipt customer freight collections
- Operation and fault reporting of all appropriate equipment
- Completion of appropriate damage reports
- Accurate input of data into various systems
- Liaison with Regulatory groups
- Ensure Health, Safety and Security standards are adhered to including completing of appropriate documentation
- Integrate flights
- Use of all relevant office equipment

Requirements
- Enjoys the challenge of a physically demanding role
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (no disqualifications, no more than 3 penalty points)
- Ability to obtain an Airside Pass
- Relevant Licences (e.g. RTITB, CAT 3)
- HGV desirable but not essential
