Financial Controller

Financial and economical management of international projects
  • You will be responsible to organise and set up cost management control of projects and the Business Unit activities. You will define objectives, elaborate follow-up procedures and identify key performance indicators.
  • You will proactively follow-up expenses, benefits, budgets, analyse gaps and bring corrective actions.
  • You will ensure quality and reliability of financial and tax information.
  • You will be the privileged interface for local financial controllers and other project leaders and sponsors.
  • You will communicate to the senior managers about your analysis of the results and you will suggest improvement ideas (structure, profitability...) in regards to the projects and the business.
  • You will be based in Luxemburg, report to the Financial Director and will travel 30 to 40% of your time.

Organization skills – Analytical skills – Interpersonal skills
  • You have at least a University Master. A Major in Finance and/or Accounting is a plus.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Financial Controller and/or Project Manager with a strong cost management control dimension. An experience within an international group is an asset.
  • You are fluent in English and you know at least another European language. Knowledge of French is strong asset.
  • You master MS Office.
  • Your have a well structured mind, you are methodical and persistent at work. You are able to manage priorities.
  • You are at ease with figures and you can link them to the Business and you are proactive.
  • You can collaborate effectively with all level of employees.
