We are looking for you to support in doubling our business and achieving our great performance ambition in Belgium!
The role
You are the ambassador for Reserve portfolio (our portfolio of luxury brands including Ciroc and Johnnie Walker) and you are the personification of these brands. You have the ability to build great relations with key influencers in the industry and know the right places to go to. You engage with bartenders to ensure they are serving our drink in the right way and know to tell the story behind our brands. Your job isn’t done until our products are visible to consumers and perfectly served in the right places. This is a commercial position and you are responsible for driving and inspiring customer loyalty while implementing marketing activations in luxury bars, clubs and restaurants.
Other responsibilities will be to:
• Understand consumer types, attitudes and trends
• Identify emerging trends and communicate that knowledge to key contacts within the team
• Develop profitable programs while partnering with our customers in the on-trade
• Use customer insights while executing activation plans
• Use sufficient metrics in order to identify key areas of focus, assess alternatives and correct when needed
Your profile
It is not about years of experience, but about having the right attitude!
• Bachelor or Master degree is preferred
• In depth knowledge of the spirits industry, our brands and the on trade business
• Passion for LUXURY
• Dutch and French native speaker
• Networker and confident
• Strong influencing skills: the ability to impact customer behaviour at the point of purchase
• High level of structure
• Self-starting and resilient
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills
• Restless, agile, competitive
