Business Development Assistant - Brussels Office

Introduction:
We work with, and advise clients in the fields of Public Administration Reform, Justice, Education, Economics, Environment, Energy, and Infrastructure. The recent growth of key markets has created new, exciting business opportunities on a global scale. Due to the continued expansion and growth of our business, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Assistant at our Brussels Office to play an important role in supporting our team.

Responsibilities:

Administrative support to the business development managers in the Brussels office: collection of administrative documents from organisations and experts, liaison with experts and organisations as required
Printing and production of expressions of interest and tender proposals
Office management including management of office supplies, equipment
Travel arrangements (flights, visas)
Formatting of documents in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Data management
Other tasks as required

Expertise:
A minimum of 3 years experience in administration and office management related to donor funded projects
Capable to deal with numerous tasks simultaneously
IT-skills: advanced use of MS Office, Internet
Excellent problem solving skills and work ethics
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability and flexibility to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced deadline driven environment is desired

Education:
Languages: Fluent in English. High proficiency of French, German or other languages is an advantage
