Expressions of interest - Mining for Development Sector
Coffey is preparing a proposal for a DFAT-funded program, Australia Mongolia Extractives Program (AMEP) that aims to build sustainable development through private-sector led growth and economic reform. The is a four year program with Coffey proposing to serve as the Implementing Service Provider (ISP) to establish and manage the AMEP facility.
The facility will fund, subcontract and manage short-term pilot and preparatory engagements and establish up to five long-term partnership agreements. The ISP will also manage on-demand mining sector policy research and assistance while overseeing program M&E and quality assurance.
We are seeking expressions of interest for the following positions to be based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Positions are tentative and contingent on successful award of the program.
AMEP Coordinator COFF-4232

The AMEP Coordinator will lead and manage the ISPs implementation team and act as the prime point of contact with the client and key stakeholders.
AMEP Adviser COFF-4231
(Full time for 12 months with periodic inputs thereafter)

The AMEP Adviser will mentor, support and provide strategic advice to the AMEP Coordinator, Program Partners and donors on technical issues associated with the implementation of the program.
AMEP Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist COFF-4235

The M&E Specialist will work collaboratively with the team to develop and support the implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system that provides real-time management information as well as on program progress and performance.

This position will support the AMEP Coordinator and M&E Specialist in the implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system and will develop and implement a Communications Plan for the Program.

The AMEP Facility Administrator will oversee and manage the AMEP office including administrative, financial, IT and HR and will implement best practice in administration, tendering and contracting processes.
