We are looking for you to build an d implement a compelling Off Channel strategy and customer plans, to ensure market share growth and to get the Top 3 CPG (#1 On Trade) ranking from our customers. We know that you can out negotiate anyone on the planet but can you inspire your team to delight our customers at every turn and execute plans in an unmatched way? 

You will have 3 direct reports, 2 key account managers and 1 junior key account manager.
It is important to put in place clear channel and customer strategies, (decision making) processes and accountabilities. You move fast, keep things simple and trust your instincts. By doing this you will ensure that your team can be agile in getting our brands to our customers. Pricing corridors and promotional tramlines are implemented effectively. You manage costs, allocate resources, maximise value and define forecast and forward investments plans. Shopper marketing and category growth drivers are central to your activation plans. Game changing innovations are commercialised brilliantly. Fluency in German and English is a must, French an asset but not a must.

You enjoy working in a complex market under challenging conditions! Our route to market varies widely, the wholesaler business is fragmented and gastronomy is declining. Selective customers are building up significant competence in category management and shopper insights. Margins are under pressure because of a saturated market with entry of international discounters. Trade conditions and the currency environment are tough, due to a consolidation and a strong CHF. You are however ready to face these challenges in the pursuit for greatness!

You will be based in our beautiful new office in Lausanne with 10 office based employees. The majority is field based. The office is easy accessible by car and public transport.
Lausanne is built on three hills, surrounded by vineyard-covered slopes, with Lake Geneva at its feet. Rising impressively from the opposing French lakeshore are the Savoy Alps. The attractive old town is largely car-free. Small alleyways with cafes and boutiques shape the streetscape in the medieval city centre.
