Job description Support monthly / yearly sales planning process, through evaluation of sales and automotive market performance across European markets including the creation and maintenance of weekly, monthly sales reports for internal and external distribution (Weekly, Early registration, Age stock report).  Develop sales/cc results analysis tools for sales performance evaluation in cooperation with Sales Operation team, including definition of user requirement, report development and testing and report maintenance upon roll out.    Coordinate system maintenance and report update operation at year end and on Ad Hoc basis. Support data communication to TMC head office through system interface and monthly data transfer process. Your responsabilities 1.. Sales Planning Support  - Data gathering and evaluation of National Marketing Sales Companies [NMSCs] yearly monthly sales plan. - Perform Ad Hoc analysis of sales performance and planning according to defined requirements  - Support IT system update and maintenance for sales plan communication to European Markets and TMC 2. Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting  - Responsible for sales results data consolidation, analysis and the release of sales results reports within TME and European NMSCs - Responsible for the data gathering and analysis of Europe automotive market sales results and creation of weekly monthly report (ACEA, Early registration, age stock report). - Ensure systems are updated accordingly - Improve processes: macro’s, system interface, look after system maintenance 3. Monthly Business Briefings and Senior Sales Management support - Support and coordinate the preparation of Monthly Business Briefing in collaboration with Sales Senior Management team related to sales and market performance. Your profile Education - Experience: - Degree: Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in IT, Engineering, Economics Technical Skills:  - Excellent command of systems applications (Excel, Access, database management; knowledge Visual Basic for applications is a plus). As a person you will have: - Experience: max. 1 – 2 years in a similar position  - Strong analytical (manage complex set of parameters) and visualisation skills - Enjoy working behind the computer on IT and systems tasks - Organisational talent and structured mindset - Reliable, attention to details - Self Starter attitude, taking initiative and not afraid of responsibility as point of contact between IT and the Sales Planning team  - Team player mentality - Good time management – able to work under strong pressure, flexible  - Innovative mind, with drive for continuous improvement Languages: - Fluent English is a must, other languages are assets.
