Training and Technical Assistance for HIV Integrated Bio-Behavioral Surveillance Survey among Street/Working Children

Purpose:
UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a consultant for Training and Technical Assistance for HIV Integrated Bio-Behavioral Surveillance Survey among Street/Working Children.

The consultant should possess the following qualifications:
• Higher education: MD, MPH, epidemiology or other related fields.
• Proven experience in developing/adaptation of innovative teaching programme on HIV programmatic aspects namely on surveillance, monitoring and evaluations, data triangulation, population size estimations and other relevant course topics;
• Demonstrated experience in provision of similar training programme using evaluated modules on HIV surveillance systems using multi-disciplinary approach for key populations;
• At least two track records of carrying out surveillance-related research in low and concentrated epidemics;
• Evidence of partnerships and collaborative networks with international institutions is key;
• Recognition of HIV epidemic in Iran is an asset;
• Familiarity with UNICEF work is an asset.
