| Our Research and Development (R&D) teams are among the world's best. In R&D on the Unilever Future Leader’s Programme (UFLP) you’ll join teams using in-depth understanding of consumers and expertise in science and technology to create innovative, effective and sustainable packaging. This is an exciting opportunity for Mechanical Engineers and Product/ Industrial Designers. You’ll develop innovative, world-class packaging, delivering quality, safety and cost improvement to the business while delighting our consumers. You will follow a path within R&D, through various packaging related placements, moving into a management role within Packaging Development. Our people have the opportunity to create a brighter future every day on a local level, across Europe and the globe. We have a proven tradition of developing our own purpose driven leaders and encourage innovative thinking. Location: Placements may be in different business units across the UK & Ireland, so you need to be flexible about where you are based during the programme.
