Unilever Future Leaders Programme - UK&I Marketing
Marketing
Marketing teams bring great products to life in the eyes of consumers. Building our brands and communications means building and maintaining relationships that can last for generations.

Our people have the opportunity to create a brighter future every day on a local level, across Europe and the globe.  We have a proven tradition of developing our own purpose driven leaders and encourage innovative thinking.
You’ll be constantly deepening the already expert knowledge of our brands and the people who use them. You’ll use this level of insight to help develop our products’ personalities and bring them to life. That could mean working on the launch of a new ice cream, undertaking research on the latest trends in hair care, looking at sponsorship opportunities for Flora or planning a digital campaign for Lynx.  The limitless opportunities at Unilever creates fully engaging innovative entrepreneurship.

On the UFLP you’ll cover up to three placements over 2-3 years:
•    During your brand-building placements you will get exposure to commercial marketing and have the opportunity to work with iconic brands like Dove, Persil, Sure and Marmite managing brand mixes across all their elements.
•    You may also get the chance to work with our brand development teams on strategy, real innovation and advertising development at a global or regional level.
•    You will get hands-on exposure to Customer Management (Sales), working in the field to build appreciation for how our sales and merchandising teams bring our products to life on the shelf.

Location:
Placements may be in different business units across the UK & Ireland, so you need to be flexible about where you are based during the programme.

Closing date:
We will close for applications as soon as we receive a sufficient number of applications for this business area and without prior warning. We therefore advise you to apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Whilst the 24th November is set as the removal date, this is not the closing date and set for admin purposes only.
We look for minimum of a 2:2 from any discipline.
