Associate Manager, Influencer, Advocacy & Integrated Communications

Key Outputs/Deliverables:
-Bring forth ideas and emerging platforms to drive brand fame, earned value and cultural relevancy.
-Develop and execute integrated campaigns and programs that will drive shareholder value and generate growth against core brand and business objectives.
-Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand messaging with Diageo corporate messaging.
-Accurately assess business environment and identify messages that will create positive reputation for the company and brands.
-Establish industry-leading influencer and entertainment partnerships and collaborations.
-Develop robust creative briefs, in conjunction with the brands, to inspire and unlock ideas from agencies and partners. 
-Ability to motivate and inspire agencies and partners, properly communicating deliverables and timing, as well as managing multiple stakeholders.
-Effectively manage negotiations and relationships with partner agencies utilized by company to ensure cost effective value and delivery against goals and objectives.
-Manage process of strategy from concept to implementation, engaging important cross-functional stakeholders in the financial, legal, sales and risk management communities.
-Maintain and build relationships with editors, influencers, tastemakers and their partners through constant communication, social meetings, appointments, etc.
-5+ years media relations, integrated communications, influencer, entertainment marketing, strategic partnerships, sponsorship/event activation experience, with 2+ years in Total Beverage Alcohol preferred.
-Extensive brand and client side experience. (Agency experience a plus) 
-Vast experience in digital media and social communications platforms.
-Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communication or Journalism. 
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
-Great creativity, budget and product management.
-Flexible, self-starter with a collaborative, team first, must-win attitude.
-Ability to build winning strategies and execute flawlessly.
-Ability to build great relationships.
-Strong rolodex with journalists, bloggers and digital media
-Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
