Key performance areas
The Inventory Analyst / Return Officer: is responsible for inbound and outbound flow of materials looking to maintain optimum levels for Tools and Consumables Products, working closely with Inventory Planners creating the returns and re-distribution Orders as a primary responsibility, but also is responsible for creating, updating and distributing internal KPI reports, Helping to optimize the Portion of the NWC with correct stocking investments levels preparing the inbound but also the outbound flow of materials, from end to end, including credit and payment coordination..
About the position
  • To receive/produce the monthly inventory analysis and prepare returns list in agreement with Global Planning trough Regional Inventory Planners.
  • Create Return Orders and Follow up the whole process until payment / Credit is issued, making sure we comply with the quality of the products shipped / received but also about the necessary documentation for Exports when required ( It might need to be Inland as well).
  • Receive, Create Analyze goods re-distribution list for goods required cross border, and create both, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in accordance with information provided buy Regional Planners (in accordance with agreed incoterms and freight management rules).
  • Daily creation of (DRP) Replenishment orders to Sites across the Region as per information provided by Regional planners.
  • Coordinate with warehousing, trade and logistics services in general in order to ensure the flow of good through the supply chain.
  • Report in monthly bases regional KPI and to participate in global reporting processes.
  • Meet the EHS standards defined by law and formalized by the local and global Sandvik policy, seeking to mitigate risks of accidents and incidents and ensure the integrity of the material heritage, human and environmental responsibility under the organization.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with: Logistics Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Administration with experience in Logistics.
Replacement 7 month.
Competences:
  • English (medium level is required)
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain
  • Logistics or Operational knowledge
  • International Trading experience (would be plus)
