Regional Initiative Lead for Wildlife and Wildlife Crime, WWF-Greater Mekong
WWF-Greater Mekong is seeking an experienced Regional Initiative Lead for Wildlife and Wildlife Crime who will takes the overall lead for the implementation of the Regional Initiative for Wildlife and Wildlife Crime, one of the three regional strategies of the WWF-GM SP (FY16-20). The Lead is responsible for the delivery of the 2020 Outcomes defined in the Wildlife and Wildlife Crime Initiative, and for ensuring sufficient resources and capacity are mobilised to achieve these outcomes. The lead also coordinates Regional Hub support for the implementation of the Wildlife goals of the country conservation strategies of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam and directs the implementation of two, of the three, regional Big Wins.

Key requirements:
- Master’s degree in natural resources management, environmental or conservation management, development studies, or in relevant fields
- Qualification in programme and project management
- At least 7 years of practical experience in managing programme related to species, protected areas, and impact monitoring system.
- Experience in developing and writing related project proposals to aid agencies, foundations, corporate sector and other individual donors.
- Proven successful fundraising experience
