Technical Services Engineer
Goals and Mission
Service Engineer is responsible for performing the commissioning, fault intervention/elimination (corrective maintenance) and preventive maintenance of drive systems. The additional mission of service engineer is to increase the loyalty and satisfaction of the customer. This position is also responsible for supplying the creative feedbacks to increase the quality of the service operations and processes.

Internal: Customer Services Operations Management, Product Sales Groups, Project Management, Engineering Group.
External: Customers, Machine & Process Builders, OEMs
Responsibilities
Perform commissioning, fault intervention/elimination (corrective maintenance) and preventive maintenance of drive systems (in Turkey and abroad)
Responsible for increasing own technical and application skills to improve the service quality
Create service sales opportunities in the customers plants and forward the opportunities to the sales team
Carry out the small sized modernization projects and do the commissioning of these projects on site
Create the documentation (reports, protocols)
Supply the creative feedbacks to increase the quality of the service operations and processes
Compliance with regulations and company policies (e.g., health & safety, environmental protection, information security)
Education
University degree in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering
Knowledge and Language
Very good command of English
Principles of Power Electronics, Electrical Motors, Electrical Speed Drives, Automation &Control Systems, application knowhow
Experience
1-3 years of experience in the related area
